Photo Gallery | Bobby the Dog Gets a Helping Hand
Bobby the dog is originally from Nicaragua and his back legs became paralyzed because his previous owner had abused him. Donna Tabor, a volunteer who is working in Nicaragua, posted Bobby's story on Facebook. The North Florida Neurology Vet Clinic got in touch with her and told her that they could help Bobby, if he could make it to the First Coast. Through donations, Bobby and a volunteer Diane, who is flying with him, was able to travel to the clinic in Orange Park. The Red Roof Inn also gave Bobby and Diane 2 free nights to stay there while Bobby is receiving much needed care. For more information on Bobby's story, click here.
