JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - I'm meteorologist Mike Prangley. The storms will fire later this afternoon allowing more instability to build up. Highs will reach the middle to upper 80s with a few strong storms popping mainly after 4pm. Keep an eye to the northwest sky.
