Man pushing stroller wanted for shoplifting

ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- The Clay County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who took a pair of Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses from Sunglass Hut at Orange Park Mall while pushing a child in a stroller.

According to a CCSO Incident Report, the theft happened on the afternoon of April 3. The store manager told police while reviewing surveillance footage, he saw the man on take the sunglasses from the display case and put them in his pocket.

The sunglasses are valued at $200.

The manager told police he had several customers in the store and was not able to pay much attention to the man, who was pushing a 2- to 3-year-old girl in a stroller, the report detailed.

The suspect appeared to be 30 to 40 years old and was wearing a dark blue shirt and dark blue jeans.

In February, 3 subjects were involved in a theft from the same Sunglass Hut location.
