All day today, July 11, 2011, at participating locations, Marble Slab Creamery will give away a free scoop of Red Velvet Ice Cream to anyone who has red hair, no matter if its natural, dyed or a wig.

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. -- The weather still isn't cooperating with the final shuttle launch scheduled for Friday morning.

Mission managers said this morning there is a 70 percent chance bad weather will force a delay. They could launch Saturday or Sunday, but if it's delayed past Sunday they would have to wait a couple of weeks for an unmanned rocket launch.

But the countdown clock is still set for a Friday launch shortly after 11 a.m. NASA officials say they just need a small window through the clouds to launch.

Clay County Fireworks & Burn Ban Reminders

General Information for the Public on Fireworks:

·     Countywide Burn Ban is in effect. It was issued on June 3, 2011 and currently extends through July 8, 2011.

·     The ban prohibits all outdoor burning including yard waste, bon fires and campfires, on private or county property.

·     It also unlawful to use, discharge, dispense, or display ANY fireworks as defined by Florida Statue 791.

·     Sales of Sparklers, as defined by Florida Statue 791, are permitted, but use is NOT.

·     Five public displays of fireworks are permitted by Administrative Order in accordance with the Burn Ban Ordinance.
