ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- A man from Jacksonville has been arrested for his suspected involvement in a shooting that sent a man in Orange Park to the hospital.

The shooting happened at the Oak Bluff Apartments on Wells Road Saturday night after 9.

The victim, 20-year-old Troy Chang, was shot multiple times in the chest.

According to the incident report filed with the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Chang told a deputy that someone had called him, saying two people were on their way to Chang's home with his narcotics.

Chang reported that when he opened the door, two people hit him in the face and shot him.

A deputy found Chang's roommate hiding in the apartment and detained the roommate for questioning at the time, but the sheriff's office has not released that person's identity.

Olive Garden Server Arrested in Credit Card Skim Scheme

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A local Olive Garden has responded after a former employee was implicated in a credit card skimming scheme.

In August, two men, Padmore Ansah K. Atakorah and Egwolo Wilfred Otete, were arrested on charges they used local restaurant servers to illegally skim credit card data so they could then create fake credit cards.

Upon searching a computer at Atakorah's home, investigators found a file called "20110511.olive1.txt." That text file, according to a police report from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, contained credit card numbers and bank card numbers with corresponding customer names.

That data led back to the Olive Garden restaurant on Youngerman Circle, and detectives with the Economic Crimes Unit determined the server the data had in common was 27-year-old Adela Lorene Allen.
