JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – LA Fitness is pleased to announce that it will open four new health clubs in the Jacksonville, Fla., area this October. The locations of the clubs, which the company selected based on accessibility and convenience, are at Atlantic and Kernan; University Drive and St. Augustine Boulevard in Lakewood; Blanding Boulevard at 9A in Orange Park; and Atlantic Boulevard and Penman Road in Atlantic Beach. Presale memberships are now available for all four locations.

Local bank fills 17 shred bins at community event

 

Customers and neighbors of Heritage Bank of North Florida filled more than 17 bins with papers, CDs, X-rays and other personal data to be shredded at its Memorial Day Shred event and cookout. Bank staff served 160 hot dogs, sodas and chips during the cookout at the Orange Park branch.
